Students pursuing Lean Certification must score 80% or higher on a multiple choice exam and complete a Lean project. Your project is completed through independent study and required check-ins with the instructors. Completion of the Mini Master of the Lean Enterprise or an equivalent, pre-approved training by the instructors is a required pre-requisite for this program. In addition to the 16 hours of class time, you should expect to put in approximately 40 hours towards completing a project.
