I have been working in executive education and professional development at the University of St. Thomas since November, 2008. It is my pleasure to work alongside my clients to assess and understand learning and development needs, design rigorous and relevant custom programs, and provide high-impact educational experiences.

During my professional career I have been an educator in both K-12 and higher education. Over the years, my passion for contributing to the educational community brought me to an educational publishing company where I worked as a consultant, and to an educational testing company where I led the development of standardized tests for state departments of education. I had the privilege of developing assessments to measure outcomes for students with significant cognitive disabilities.
Currently, I serve on The Salvation Army Twin Cities Advisory Board. In my free time I enjoy playing golf, taking long walks, reading a good book, going to the movies, and spending time with my family.
