Board Leadership Summit
Overview
The Board Leadership Summit is a cohesive opportunity for your board to learn, network, team build, reflect, and retreat together. By serving on a nonprofit board you provide stewardship in fundraising, financial oversight, legal issues, and mission effectiveness.
The Board Leadership Summit will equip you with the tools you need to build capacity, results, and endurance for your organization. The Center for Nonprofit Management designed this one-day Summit exclusively for current nonprofit board members and organizational leaders.
Registrations may be made by organizations or individuals. Organizational registrations will allow for several members to attend the Summit at an exceptional value. Board members and leadership staff may choose to attend the entire Board Leadership Summit or participate only in specific, relevant sessions. We encourage sending a team member to each session of the Summit. We also include board self-evaluation and organization assessment templates in each Summit binder.
