Institute for Executive Director Leadership
You have passion and vision as a leader; this is what makes your work so meaningful and life-altering. It’s why you do what you do.
However, you know that passion and vision only get you and your organization so far. For more than 10 years, the University of St. Thomas has helped executive directors gain the knowledge, resources, support, and even the courage to deal with the frustrations plaguing so many leaders in the sector: strained board relationships, fundraising challenges, and troubling financials.
The Institute for Executive Director Leadership is a place for nonprofit executives to learn and grow with an impressive support system of peers, community professionals, and educational leaders. Participants and instructors don’t just swap war stories, they collaborate and problem solve together, learning from each others’ wealth of knowledge and from the best practices attained from inside and outside the classroom.
