Is This for Me?
The Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate is for anyone from any type of organization interested in leveraging the power of Six Sigma techniques. It is also appropriate for Six Sigma teams who will be supporting Black Belt projects. Those who interact with customers in their supply chain who are practicing Six Sigma will also find it beneficial. You do not need to be the Vice President of Operations for this program to be valuable to you or your organization.
Concerned about the calculations involved in Six Sigma? This program is not mathematically challenging. Because there is significant emphasis on Six Sigma as applied to the service sector and business transactional processes, there is minimal emphasis on mathematic calculations.
