His previous employment was with Iowa State University, where he earned his MBA and worked on marketing campaigns for both degree and non-degree programs.  Mykola has extensive e-marketing, customer relationship management, and online learner's engagement experience.

Carie Otto
Marketing & Communications Coordinator, Executive Education and Professional Development Programs, University of St. Thomas
In her current position she manages the email process from creation to delivery of HTML email messages. She also initiates and manages paid online search marketing on Google AdWords, Yahoo Search Marketing, MS AdCenter, and LinkedIn.
