- Start incorporating procurement best practices in your projects by identifying the connections between needs and contract outcomes. Put it to practice with an in-class simulation for project procurement management.

- Delve into the symptoms, causes, and effects of troubled projects so that you can correctly diagnose and treat project problems. This program also addresses the leadership issues faced in project recovery.
This certificate is designed for professionals with five years of experience managing projects or for graduates of the Mini Master of Project Management or Project Management Certificate Series.
