The success of your business relies heavily on efficient and effective methods of acquiring and retaining clients, following and frequently re–evaluating your business plan, and staying up to date with new trends, tools, and strategies in the residential real estate industry.

The Residential Real Estate Specialist (RRES) program will combine theory with practical skills and tools that can be applied to your business within hours of each class session. It will give you hands–on practice in:

Continuing Education Credit: Programs have been submitted for Real Estate Continuing Education Credit through the Minnesota Department of Commerce (approval pending). 12 hours submitted for each program.

Cost, Dates, and Times
Founded in 1885, the University of St. Thomas has established itself as one of the premier universities in Minnesota and the Midwest.
